How should I prepare my artwork?
All our artwork needs to be CMYK (300dpi minimum, 600dpi if sending through TIFF/PSD files), with 3mm bleed all round. Our preferred format is a press ready PDF with all fonts outlined. We will check your artwork for technical errors.

When do I get my order?
All of our standard items are dispatched in 3-5 days with free UK delivery!
These are delivered by DPD on next day delivery.

What's included in the price?
VAT where applicable and delivery costs are included in the prices shown.
Flyers are VAT exempt unless they are used as a ticket, have a redeemable value, or used to collect customers data.

How do I upload my artwork?
After the payment page you'll be taken to the upload area where you can select your files to be uploaded.
Alternatively you can login to your account and upload your files at a later date.
Just remember to press the Complete Upload button!!

Yes, our graphic designers can create professional designs for any print product.
We can also amend your existing artwork depending on the oriental file types.
